2 Bugs in the Manuscript Generator

I have found 2 bugs that consistently show up when I generate a manuscript.

1. The title of a chapter’s first subsection is often omitted from the manuscript, even though its content is included. I have to find the appropriate point and add it.

2. The tool is inconsistent about including the subsection’s number on its title. See the image attached of my TOC, showing where it did and didn’t include the subsection numbers.
