Highlighter option in manuscript

feedback from a student - I'm just going through the first manuscript the Ai software has generated and so far it looks great!

One thing I think would be a great addition to it is a highlighter feature.

You know how you can highlight sections of text in a Google doc in bright yellow or green etc?

There are sections of the manuscript that I want to go back over, and the way I'm making the text look different is with the bold feature. This isn't ideal as it doesn't stand out like a highlighted section would.
