Saving edits in the outline

I had problems saving my changes in the book outline. Although I also clicked on “Save” manually, the changes were lost after switching between the different outline versions. Only when I navigated back to the dashboard after editing and reopened the outline did the changes remain.

Perhaps it would be helpful to optimize the save function.
